Corporate President Vows the ‘f’ word, Foreclosure, will now be Acceptable to Use

Massapequa, NY - October 4, 2006 - - Lawrence V. Cipollone, Jr., president of the newly launched United Foreclosure Solutions, Inc (UFS), wonders why Yankee Stadium can sport Budweiser, Sony and Viagra billboards but nothing with the word foreclosure. In fact he sees the ‘f’ word nowhere because no one talks about it, much less advertises it.

Lawrence Cipollone vows to bring the “f” word “Foreclosure” to the forefront once and for all - - and on a National level along with his partner, William Votta, AVP. “I think we need to let people in foreclosure, or heading there, know that there is help and that things happen - - but there is help,” Cipollone says.

Those in foreclosure usually have no recourse except to deal in the underground where they usually get ripped-off. Alternatively some may run to a bankruptcy attorney but the failure to successfully emerge doesn’t bode well. “I’d venture to say 90% fail in bankruptcy and wind up back in foreclosure” says Cipollone. A bankruptcy also costs money, which people facing foreclosure usually don’t have. “You have to wonder why someone would ask for a fee when people are in foreclosure” says Cipollone.

With a unique no fee paradigm and with access to over 100 million dollars, and staff attorneys, Cipollone has saved many people from foreclosure and kept a roof over their heads. “I’d say we have a 90% success rate which is the opposite of bankruptcy.” While Cipollone has not divulged the paradigm, he equates it to three basic flavors: vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. “Those are the three categories our clients usually fall into.”

According to RealtyTrac (www.realtytrac.com) who supplies national foreclosure data to Yahoo! Real Estate, The Wall Street Journal and others, foreclosures rose 53 percent from about one year ago.

With the current economic data, Cipollone claims this is only the tip of the iceberg. With thousand of homes up for sale and everyone running for the exits, buyers are holding back. Some predict a monumental crash when exotic mortgages become due in 2007. If the later is the case, United Foreclosure Solutions will continue to thrive even more.
